Worst customer service received from Happy at One Hyde Park Executive Suites

Worst customer service!! False adverti*****t!!

I PHONED TO MAKE A BOOKING AND ENQUIRE OF PRICES I WAS CHARGED 100rands more than what is being advertised on Airbnb. Their website states if we are booking direct it is 10% less however that is not the case. When you phone their customer services your put ok mute and next thing they hang up the call on you for asking a simple question regarding what is being advertised against what you are being charged!

Happy has the worst customer service!
