The sketchy communication combined with the horrible reviews I am seeing is an indication that I am about to head down a disappointing road. Placed my online order on 2 Feb website says for GP deliveries it will take 2-5 days. Tried calling and the number provided on the net goes straight to voicemail. A follow up email was responded to by an automatic response saying I will be attended to within 24 working hours (with a disclaimer that if an issue is dealt with in their FAQs it will not be attended to), WhatsApp messages not being responded to. Considering that it’s day 3 today and my situation may change, I may come back with an update but it’s looking bleak for now.
