LACK OF COMMUNICATION SCARY
The sketchy communication combined with the horrible reviews I am seeing is an indication that I am about to head down a disappointing road. Placed my online order on 2 Feb website says for GP deliveries it will take 2-5 days. Tried calling and the number provided on the net goes straight to voicemail. A follow up email was responded to by an automatic response saying I will be attended to within 24 working hours (with a disclaimer that if an issue is dealt with in their FAQs it will not be attended to), WhatsApp messages not being responded to. Considering that it’s day 3 today and my situation may change, I may come back with an update but it’s looking bleak for now.

POOR AND SLOW RESPONSES TO MAINTENANCE ISSUES
You’ll find my review somewhere down the line regarding unreasonable noise levels. I’m back again and it’s been over a week with a broken oven light bulb and a hanging shower door with no response from the maintenance team. Took it upon myself to call the office and I was advised that nothing can be done without Shanti and they have no idea when she will be back. No sense of urgency to the issue at all. I suppose the door can fall all it wants in the meantime. Somewhere along the line things changed around here and the attitude from management when you call the office is pitiful. Don’t move here.

Unbearable noise levels
Do not move into their Kelvin Manor complex as a young working adult who often works from home. When I moved here I liked that it was a quiet complex with a clear non tolerance for unruly tenants fast forward to 2024 it is just not the same anymore. The noise levels are unreasonable during the day and night. If it is not the loud music from the same problematic units it’s children running up and down the stairs and past our units while we are working with no consequence. If you alert security it stops for a while and continues thereafter now how can you work productively if you’re policing neighbours with endless calls to the gate? Emails to the office will only result in monthly features in the newsletters cautioning residents against unreasonable noise levels. Very conveniently located and not too pricy compared to the others in surrounding areas but you might want take out a bit more at a place where you’re guaranteed enforcement of noise rules.

UNBEARABLE NOISE LEVELS
Do not stay at their Kelvin Manor complex. Moving here in 2021 was motivated by how everyone I had told I’m viewing this place commended them for their enforcement of rules relating to noise late at night and I was happy to learn this was actually true. The year is 2024 now and things have completely changed if it is not the noise levels at unholy hours of the night and endless calls to the security gate to assist that end nowhere it’s children playing outside the flats running around up and down the stairs in the middle of a workday with no consequence. No frequent patrols to check that the blocks are quiet as the resident it becomes your job to police noisy neighbours and if you escalate the issue to the office all you will ever get is “we’ll discuss with security” followed by features of “increasing noise levels” in the newsletters. Convenient location but very badly run in terms of enforcement of rules. Do not move here as a young working adult who frequently works from home and a fan of a quiet place. The noise levels unbearable.
