I ordered and paid for a 3‑day juice cleanse from One Juice (Order #102249) on 2 March 2026 for R859.99. It has now been several days and I have not received my order. Since placing the order, I have contacted One Juice daily via all known email addresses and WhatsApp, and I have received zero response. I have also formally requested a refund, but to date there has been no acknowledgement or feedback whatsoever. What makes this even more concerning is that their store is listed as permanently closed, yet their website still indicates that pick‑up is available and is actively accepting payments. This raises serious concerns about whether the business is currently operational. I have been a frequent customer over the years, which makes this experience incredibly disappointing. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund of R859.99. If One Juice is no longer operating, their website should not be accepting payments.
