Super Impressed!
Super Impressed with One & Only Flooring! Besides their quality of work, they go the extra mile by ensuring all their staff arrive with a document showcasing the person's ID document, company card and portfolio of work. All their staff also arrived extremely neat, and dressed in One & Only work attire. Highly trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks guys!

By far the best flooring company I've used! They are extremely professional, reliable and always on time. Their team of skilled installers has never failed to deliver on our expectations, and have gone above and beyond to meet our demands. I can HIGHLY recommend One & Only Flooring to anyone!

By far the best flooring company I've used! They are extremely professional, reliable and always on time. Their team of skilled installers has never failed to deliver on our expectations, and have gone above and beyond to meet our demands. I can HIGHLY recommend One & Only Flooring to anyone!

Use at your own inconvenience
If I could give a negative rating, I would. What an awful awful experience! This company was appointed by the insurance on my property to fix my wooden floors. We have emails from the insurance company showing that the claim was authorised 16 days ago! They, on the other hand, have told me otherwise (I don't think they know I have the insurer's emails). If (and that's a very big if ) they complete the work by the time that they state they will, I will have been sitting with a 3 week waiting period - for a job I was told would take 3 days. In the meantime I'm incurring additional costs and inconveniences, as a consequence. Not in a million years would I use these people again.
