Buffalo was meant to pick-up my Temu order for a refund. They say they'll call you to agree on a time/day of delivery. They don't. The first time their driver came, I wasn't home. The second time he came, I wasn't home but had arranged for my helper to be there. I opened the gate remotely. I get home at the end of the day and my helper tells me noone came (I live on an estate). So this man came to the gate but didn't drive in! Then I get told I have to rebook this pickup because on the two instances they came to collect, I was home?! I rebook, Temu confirms they've reloaded the transaction and I still haven't received communication from Buffalo.
I was assisted by Vuyi Cele in reinstating my contract. She was great!
It's so unfortunate that a seemingly credible brand can engage in such ************ behaviour. I wish I had read all the complaints on here before buying my laptop. I bought a laptop on 28 January (brand new). Between then and now I've visited their store more than twice, requesting them to fix the same issue. After I finally have enough with their complacency and ineffective problem solving, and ask for a refund, I get told that I will not be refunded unless the supplier refunds them. Mind you said supplier says there's nothing wrong with the laptop. I have videos showing the issue that I have! The law clearly states that a defective item can be returned for a refund within a 6 month period. Why am I being involved in their issue with their ******* supplier?!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. What an awful awful experience! This company was appointed by the insurance on my property to fix my wooden floors. We have emails from the insurance company showing that the claim was authorised 16 days ago! They, on the other hand, have told me otherwise (I don't think they know I have the insurer's emails). If (and that's a very big if ) they complete the work by the time that they state they will, I will have been sitting with a 3 week waiting period - for a job I was told would take 3 days. In the meantime I'm incurring additional costs and inconveniences, as a consequence. Not in a million years would I use these people again.
I always go to this Mica because it's close to where I live. Placed an order on Monday. Come Friday the whole order still hadn't been delivered (I received the order in dribs and drabs while I had builders waiting to build and get going). I was very clear that I wanted my whole order delivered. Whenever I would call to follow up on when my order would be delivered, Herman Wessels would give me foulest attitude. Keep in mind, my order has been fully paid. Only to find that they DIDN'T HAVE THE STOCK of the things I ordered and were making up excuses as to why they weren't delivering!!!! Herman is vile and rude!!! No way in hell am I going to shop there again! This is not how you treat customers!
