Worst Customer Service - lies - attitude

Worst customer service! You order online and call the customer care number, and then the person answers the phone saying they are from Marshall music. The website first says it’s one on hand, suddenly there is no stock.

Waited a week until I found out the stock had indeed arrived, but no Marshall store is affiliated with another store! The contact from One Stop Music is rude and arrogant! Most disgusting service I have EVER received in my life! I spend a ton of money with Marshall and this is the LAST time! Don’t deal with Dewalt or any of them! Save yourself the trouble!
