I have been using the one to one service for about 8 years now. I recently cancelled my service. i told them i wanted to retain my number. On the 16th of April the service had been shut off and has since been "off the MTN network" numerous follow up calls have been made to the customer services team and each time its the same story.
the TAT was supposed to be 5 days... 14 days have now past. I have been trying to call since Monday morning a total of 42 minutes have been on the phone waiting for the next available agent. R200 airtime has been wasted trying to get through!!!!!!!
I am not going to leave this and want my number bac****!!!! all the complaints are the same on this page TFG get ur act together!!!!
