Don't ever sign up with them. It is taking more than 6 weeks to take my number off a contract. It is unacceptable and they act like they can't do anything about it, that it's a network problem. Rather sign up for these contracts with MTN directly.

I cancelled my contract in December and was advised that the contract will be cancelled on 6 February, where after it will take 24-48 hours for my number to be cancelled from a contract sim to a prepaid number. I called on the 4th of February to confirm if the cancellation was in order. I was advised that the contract will be cancelled on the 6th. I called on 10th to advise that the contract has still not been cancelled. I was advised that it will happen but they not sure when as they are waiting on MTN to do the necessaries. I was also advised that they are not sure whether or not I will be billed for an extra month as the cancellation did not take place yet. But if I am billed it will only be for "1 month more". Today I have received the data bundle and probably will be charged. So what is the point of cancelling 30 days before.

I took a sim card with one to one which ended up with lots of frustration. It was a problem to get my Sim card working. Phoning their call centre is fruitless because it takes 30 minutes to get a hold of a consultant. Eventually when I managed to get a hold of someone was I told I needed to do a sim swop. It took 3 weeks to get a sim swop and another week to get signal on the MTN line. I had to constantly phone them for an update. I had 500mb on my Sim card. Straight after my line was activated, my data disappeared. So tell me who will reimburse my data because 500mb is a lot of data to lose after so much frustration. An entire month of frustration and I am not happy with their service

I have been using the one to one service for about 8 years now. I recently cancelled my service. i told them i wanted to retain my number. On the 16th of April the service had been shut off and has since been "off the MTN network" numerous follow up calls have been made to the customer services team and each time its the same story. the TAT was supposed to be 5 days... 14 days have now past. I have been trying to call since Monday morning a total of 42 minutes have been on the phone waiting for the next available agent. R200 airtime has been wasted trying to get through!!!!!!! I am not going to leave this and want my number bac****!!!! all the complaints are the same on this page TFG get ur act together!!!!

Good Day I am utterly disappointed in the level of service that one to one has offered as a first time client. I was contacted by a one to one agent on the 22nd to activate the R89 2 gig deal and i was told that it may take 2 - 72 working hours so I assumed it may take about max 9 working day. Only I get an sms on the 28th of Feb notifying me that the contract is being processed and will be active in a few days. Bare you the 72 working hours have passed. So today I decide to call your call centre today to find what is really happening I spoke to Shantel who confirmed to me that the contract was not activate the time I spoke with the first consultant only on the time I received the sms that is when it was activated. Only to find out that "MTN" had technical issues that your company feels i shouldn't have known off. There is no courtesy with one to one or honesty to any client. Fix it

I have cancelled my contract with one to one in Jan 2019, my phone number then got deactivated on the 22th of FEB, I was promised that within 24 to 48 working hours my number will be activated, I am still waiting and their line is forever busy.
