I have been using the one to one service for about 8 years now. I recently cancelled my service. i told them i wanted to retain my number. On the 16th of April the service had been shut off and has since been "off the MTN network" numerous follow up calls have been made to the customer services team and each time its the same story. the TAT was supposed to be 5 days... 14 days have now past. I have been trying to call since Monday morning a total of 42 minutes have been on the phone waiting for the next available agent. R200 airtime has been wasted trying to get through!!!!!!! I am not going to leave this and want my number bac****!!!! all the complaints are the same on this page TFG get ur act together!!!!
I have been paying my Sport Scene account with HTN. On the 19th June 2015 I got a call from Kedibone thanking me for my payment and that no further fees are being charged, my balance is R4700.<br> I call in today to obtain a settlement and speak to someone in customer services, she advises the amount is R 7251.26. I refer her to my convo of 19 june and the call is cut. <br> I call in immediately and speak to Nonhlanhla in collections and she tells me the amount uis R 7743.24 - HOW CAN MY BALNCE INCREASE R500 in 5MINUTES and go up by R3000 in 2weeks!<br> HTN gives false information and robs people with their fees. <br> I want the call recording and statement indicating all my payments to HTN. I have asked for this before but to date got nothing. I am tired of the false information and ****! <br> It has now been a month and nobody from HTN has called me back so i can resolve this. <br> I called TFG headoffice and everyone tells me that they cannot help me. <br> What more must i do.
I have called African Bank headoffice since Monday 06th July 2015.<br> I was referred to an attorney. i called yesterday only to be referred back to the African Bank Call centre<br> Today i called 3 times. only to be given a different number and different attorney to call. <br> i get sent from illar to past and dont get any help. <br> All i want to do is pay this account. <br> I called again now at 02:02pm after having been given the wrong number again. Each time i must answer questions as if my ID is not verification enough. The consultant i spoke to Nonathlya - i expressed my frustration yet she contiuned to ask me questions and not help me. <br> When i asked her for the manager she refused. <br> I am tired of the poor and useless service and being sent Pillar to POst<br> 7 Calls in 3Days and i still dont have the feedback!!!<br> SOMEBODY HELP i JUST WANT the RIGHT INFORMATION!!!<br> Someobody Call me PLease i am at my Wits end with African bank!
