I am not happy with them they never update me about my premium and they would just increase the premium with out any notification I don't know if they legit cause I don't remember were they contact me or any thing

I wrote a email to One Spark yesterday that they still deducted policy money for my deceased brother in February and in March. To my surprise I woke up this morning and saw they deducted another R509.10 but I already paid my policy on 29th March 2025.

I don't know if OneSpark is a fly by night company or some Mickey Mouse company, An amount was debited from my account, I lodged a complaint and was told that the funds will be paid back into my account. I made a follow up with Zanele and she confirmed that the payment has been made. I made another follow up yesterday and requested proof of payment, I was then told that Finance could not make the payment due to issues with my banking details, they called me once couldn't reach me and just left everything as is. It's funny how OneSpark had the correct banking details when they collected money from my account however when it's time for them to pay they don't have the correct banking details. STAY AWAY FROM ONESPARK

My mother in law Somikazi Peter-Makaphela has a funeral policy with OneSpark for years, on the 28th November 2024 she submitted a claim for Mzwandile Peter who is a cousin to her and up to date she hasnt received any payout for the claim, she was told an investigation was gonna be conducted which they did contact all the relevant parties and asked all the necessary questions instead now they kwep sending message that they are sorry for the inconvenience and they are waiting for feedback from the review people, but now the premium deduction for January went off, why are they still deducting for a poOonelicynO that has a pending claim and why are thwy taking so long to payout a claim for a policy that never missed a months payment, OneSpark they are ****** and *****sers

To my surprise I woke up this morning and noticed that One Spark collected a premium from my account after I told them I can no longer afford. PLEASE REFUND ME my R545.65 URGENTLY!!!!!
