I am not happy with them they never update me about my premium and they would just increase the premium with out any notification I don't know if they legit cause I don't remember were they contact me or any thing

For as long as Palesa Thusini one of your sales consultant isn’t paying back my money always giving excuses that she hasn’t been paid. I will give the company 1 star until she pays me. I’ll run my own campaign for her to hear me. I want my money.

I wrote a email to One Spark yesterday that they still deducted policy money for my deceased brother in February and in March. To my surprise I woke up this morning and saw they deducted another R509.10 but I already paid my policy on 29th March 2025.

I wrote a review last week regarding a funeral policy claim done by mother in law Somikazi Peter - Makaphela instesd of paying they restarted again phoning people to ask questions and replaying recordings of when the policy was taken and still cant find any discrepencies while trying so hard to find them..I repeat I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ONESPARK TO ANY LIVING SOUL
