I am not happy with them they never update me about my premium and they would just increase the premium with out any notification I don't know if they legit cause I don't remember were they contact me or any thing

I was ****med a few months ago and I call Capitec sin's I saw that the person who ****med me has a Capitec account so I ask them if they could reverse the many they told me I must bring them a something from court to give me my money it's not the first time Capitec doesn't help you wen your money get lost in front of them I even feel to close my account with them Hallo Peter

They consultants are friendly and excellent they help you the first time you ask questions and give you a full explanation about your policy they give you feedback on each and every thing
