FALSE ADVERTISING
FAIL TO DELIVER AS ADVERTISED!!! Took a trip with them to Turkey... Lots of last minute changes...from 6 hour layover we encountered 13 hours. Few days before departure all hotels changed even though I was told by agent..no changes to hotels. Advert will tell you "all entrances included" they will take you to places were there is no entrance fee.They basically paid only one entrance in Pamukkale. Together with my friends we literally begged them to get us a transit visa..we still waiting. Their staff interaction and communication of pathetic standard. They use decent standard of hotels but all in remote areas..eg. in Istanbul we were place in an industrial area..and our views..that of car and Tyre repair shops...shocking...shocking.

- Layover Time
The layover occurred due to an airline schedule change, which is entirely beyond our control as an agency. Unfortunately, airlines may amend schedules at any time, and such changes are not managed or influenced by us. - Hotel Changes
At the time of booking our group departure packages, it is clearly stated that hotels may be changed; however, the standard and quality will always be maintained. All clients are required to sign the booking forms confirming acceptance of these terms and are advised to review (Google) the listed hotels to ensure they meet their expectations prior to confirmation. - Entrance Fees
Entrance fees are generally prepaid by the operators. However, in certain cases, these fees are not complimentary and cannot be prepaid due to supplier or site-specific requirements. - Visas
Visa approvals are strictly at the discretion of the relevant country’s authorities. We are unable to request or amend visa arrangements due to airline schedule changes, as visa applications follow a formal process and incur additional fees. We did attempt to assist on your behalf; however, the visa request was declined due to the country’s specific requirements. - Hotel Locations
As advised, clients are requested to review all hotel locations prior to travel to ensure suitability. When selecting accommodation, we must balance cost considerations while maintaining good standards. City-centre hotels are available upon request at the time of booking; however, this would significantly impact the overall pricing.
