Bad service

One world telecommunications wanted to sell me the rednapkin package for R150pm. I refused. I have now 5 expired debit orders on my bank account and 1 active debit order. I phoned the numerous times for a email of cancellation that I can send to my banks ***** department. Its 4 days now and no email.
