Bad service
One world telecommunications wanted to sell me the rednapkin package for R150pm. I refused. I have now 5 expired debit orders on my bank account and 1 active debit order. I phoned the numerous times for a email of cancellation that I can send to my banks ***** department. Its 4 days now and no email. I was promised 3 times the debit order is cancelled but it is still active on my account. According to my bank One world telecom...

I received a call in January and someone was offering me a loan which they said it comes with a value added services,They told me a dialaguard is a value added service ,so they are debiting me under those lies. They are scammers!

Ordered, paid and NEVER received the package!!! No response on email - telephone number does not exist!

Advertise CD's, DVD's etc online
We ordered a CD online (showed they had stock). Payment was made, and we received an order confirmation. 2 days later we received an email notification that they would refund as the CD was no longer available. Two weeks later we still have not received a refund. They have not responded to my email inquiring about the refund. They have a telephone answering service. I have left numerous messages to which I also have not received any response whatsoever!<br>
