We ordered a CD online (showed they had stock). Payment was made, and we received an order confirmation. 2 days later we received an email notification that they would refund as the CD was no longer available. Two weeks later we still have not received a refund. They have not responded to my email inquiring about the refund. They have a telephone answering service. I have left numerous messages to which I also have not received any response whatsoever!<br>
