I received a call in January and someone was offering me a loan which they said it comes with a value added services,They told me a dialaguard is a value added service ,so they are debiting me under those lies. They are scammers!
Rain has scammed me and the agents at customer service were making it a joke,They refused to refund me after I cancelled their services and continued to debit me ,Also they increase their subscription without letting you know,They debited me twice in October 2022 and never provided me with the services.They are owing R1900 till today ,and their network is not stable.
Rain double debited my account in October they said it was for September and October,I wasn’t connected the whole month of October but I paid,I then canceled their services and asked for refund they were unreachable until I went to their Instagram marketing account,that’s when they responded, The one agent on FBmessenger told me if I don’t understand Billing they will break it down for me, disrespecting me and undermining my intelligence with my own money,They debited me again in November but their month to month services I’ve canceled,Today they debit me again what is that called ?
