Overheating from day one - not safe/fit for use

Bought a phone via nedbank avo app, worst online purchase ever, phone constantly overheats from day one, tried to return the phone but avo is dragging the process instead of assisting.

No proper after sale support, I would like to warn fellow consumers to about avo nedbank online shopping be careful.
