Stay clear of ONLY THE BEST Drycleaners And Launderers
Beware of any work done here . . . I took in a pair of shoes for a sole replacement as one shoe had a cracked sole. The shoes came back after a week and one shoe (the top part) was visibly larger than the other, so I took it back. Another week later the shoes were ready, this time the shoe was smaller than the other one, but to the extend where you can hardly get your foot inside. So once again I took it back and was told to just wear it, it will come right - "it will stretch" ! My problem with this type of company (and type of people) is : - work not done correctly, two weeks in a row, it says a lot about their craftsmanship in general - their mentality of taking good money, giving bad service and think it's okay Their service and ethics is definitely not ONLY THE BEST, far from that.

Lack of effort!!!!
I have worked for Only the Best on a temporary basis. Years later I need UI-19 form as.I am unemployed. I am a single mom, my partner commuted suicide I have no financial help. I have begged and pleaded, phoned again and again using my last airtime...and for a month I have pleaded and they just ignore me. Because of this I can no claim, and they don't care after I explained how important this was for me!!! So please what do I do now??? Do they care if you have no food in the house and you must let your child go to bed hungry!

Only The Best Drycleaners And Launderers came back to me and resolved 2 of my complaints allready thank you Hello Pieter but it was Resolved in the month of JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2016 still keep it up for trying Iam happy and the owner of Only The Best Drycleaners And Launderers is Happy thank you Regards Liaan they are the fastest service if seen and they look after there customers sometimes any Business gets its Hiekupps but with Only The Best Drycleaners And Launderers it is resolved cheers

bad service
I come to pick up my laundry that day and I always pay cash in advance for this dry cleaning company cause I get 5 persent of on cash payment and early payment the lady at the till said suddenly I didnt pay and maid me looked like the bad customer now the slip she printed for me stated that I didnt pay but then I said to the lady at tye till that she asked how am I gonna pay and I say cash and I asked her if she gave me the 5% promotion she said yes on that day when I took my laundry in so iam confused the whole amount is outstanding of 119.95 that I payed for I payed for that service already and the manager called me up again and said his direktor is getting impatient with me so they are bulling tye customer while it is not the customers problem so Peter can you help ke in this matter I feel abused by this company and I feel that this lady at the till let me walk out of that busniness door without leting me know of the payment I maid so that business is leaving the customer in the dark and they are taking the customers money I suspect the lady took my money at this moment I feel I just wanna pay half of the 119.95 amount so it is 60 rand and the business payes the other half becau
