iam waiting for 1 month and a half send more then a dosin emails in mtn store tickets all they telling me soon my service wil be back running Poor follow ups
I did a upgrade recently at 1 off there branches what terrible experience that was I had one account upgrade to 2 phone promotional deal now I've got 3 accounts
Now suddenly the old Agreement of End June is voidede by FNB And playing the boelie here Now it is is August month they can only freeze my account or place it on hold so i can pay the overdraft i asked client don't except the new agreement from FNB i was overdrawn because of FNB Employee not properly canceling there service The fault lies there not doing what the client asked is absolute poor And Slow service But because of these changes happening by keeping the client in the dark the new agreement is end August and only end of August this client will start paying what i owh them
Good day Hello Peter Team FNB notified me that from 27 July 2022 they have increased my Overdraft to 2800 while my account is not suppose to be active from 30 June 2022

Hi Good Day Team Hello peter I want to close my account by FNB i spoke to the finance lady to help me with this she stated that i will be only paying 200 a month From 1 july the reason for closing this account is a Overdraft on this account and the charges that is getting out of hand.I asked 1 off the sales ladies in the branche of Village Square to help me with it i was told that they can't close this account until i pay off the overdraft now fnb keep placing charges on this account even double charges me for the same fnb insure Service so it means that i will never beabled to pay this overdraft off and ontop of that when i go and make a appointment at the Village square Branche in Randfontein i have to wait a whole week please help me i don't know what to do all i want is to close this account quickly Kind Regards Liaan

Good Day Hello Peter team iam shocked and horrified about the service and cli and the staff and there prosedures of cash crusaders Village Square mall in Randfontein first of all there client service is horrible its a nightmare for all clients young and old you bring goods back that is not working on some operating systems like pc games the very next day then staff dont test it in front of you they just shoot jou off that is so unproffessional if a company dont give what client service required then it is gonna cause conflict because i showed the manager behind the slip that a client has 48 hours to bring back the goods if it dont work from this company by telling you that there service have change even if at the back of there slip that service dont count like that is not giving the client the reasurance that the company got the clients back and then while the manager refuses i talked him into by telling me why they in store dont follow prosedure because that was his exact reply they get trained to talk a diffrent story to the client there by angering and upsetting all clients and i spoke to the manager he still refused to give me back my money and then Jackie explained to me again that it is not the staff in the stores vault for the service it is how they get trained and i as the Client have Major problems with this argument please Hello Peter can you Assist me in this matter and How to Resolve this Kindly Regards Liaan Human
Good day Hello Peter and Team last year October 2017 to close my RCS Credit Fascility because i the client don't want to make use of The RCS credit Facsility anymore here by beginnng Desember 2017 the RCS Accounts told me that they have received the payment and they must prosesse it and that to close the Credit Card facsility can take time because it is the end of the Year then February come 2018 the RCS accounts gave me over to blake atternoyes then i told blake atternoyes what the situasion is they told me the manager that she will do a investigation then i got a call from them to state what the problem was that a wrong reference number was giving to me from the RCS people and it wil be sorted out but now my account is still open with RCS and the Question i want to ask you Hello Peter team if you can help me to forrclosure of my RCS credit Fascility Kindly Regards Liaan
