Rude owner

Today I phone the Sinoville branch regarding a price on an item and informed them that the asking price for the item was the item price brand new in 2013 (12 years ago). This mentioned she immediately jump on her high horse and ask must I ask more then.

I tried to say that the items decrease in value as second hand goods. She immediately told me I do not have to shop at her place.

I though Helpende Hand is there to assist but with a person this rude they can rather close the shop.

Learn to talk to people.

You get it as a donation and exploit people. No wonder the shop is overstocked due to prices set to high.

I want an apology from Yvette
