Condescending "manager"

Wish I could give them a 0 star rating. The entitlement manager was laughing at me the whole time while talking. I asked to speak to someone above her and her response was that nobody was above her. The "manager" was condescending and unprofessional because according to her internal policies overwrite law and do not have to be in line of the South African Law. Is the acceptable? Professional?

Is the Checkers Savings Card a ****?

Is Checkers and Checkers Hyper ****ming people with Extra Savings Card? 4 x Checkers Lavender Square 3 x Checkers Hyper Mayville 2 x Checkers Gezina Buy items on swipe card and save. Either you could have saved or nothing while scan or swipe of the card is accepted. Even replaced the old with a new Checkers Card. Still the same. Thank you Brenda (Lavender Square) and Mr Cox (Mayville) for assistance everytime. But enough is enough. How many people check their till slips to see how the so called specials is not done and Checkers smile with the score. This is equal to theft and or false advertising. But during the period of the mini's the card savings worked perfect. Coincidence?

I received a voucher from this company which is not working. By phoning the establishment is useless as they do not answer their phones at all or even their emails.

Incompetence

Dishem repeats department failed to pack my repeat prescription. I went to Dischem Montana yesterday 15 September 2025 to collect my repeat prescription which was not packed and ready. I used my last medication on the 15th. Now today I went again and guess what STILL NOT ready. Day 2 without my medication Dischem failed

Rude owner

Today I phone the Sinoville branch regarding a price on an item and informed them that the asking price for the item was the item price brand new in 2013 (12 years ago). This mentioned she immediately jump on her high horse and ask must I ask more then. I tried to say that the items decrease in value as second hand goods. She immediately told me I do not have to shop at her place. I though Helpende Hand is there to assist but with a person this rude they can rather close the shop. Learn to talk to people. You get it as a donation and exploit people. No wonder the shop is overstocked due to prices set to high. I want an apology from Yvette

Ram Couriers is employing ****** drivers. Disregarding requests,Disregarding rules. The courier company was asked to call in advance for delivery. 4 minutes before delivery phoneing expecting to be available after arrangements was made. Talking to me as the customers if I'm nothing. Entering complexes without authorization. Speeding withing complex. This driver just don't care about his work and customer service

Discovery Insure don't care

I'm in the process moveing houses on 10 September 2023 and the morning of 11 September 2023 we were held up in a home invasion tying us up and stole an substantial amout of items. The lame excuse received from Discovery Insure is as follows "You did not change your address prior to the move. We will not help." Is this fair paying for a service?
