To think this was developed and run in South Africa is a huge disappointment. Customer service is non-existent. The product is sold by plumbers who are evidently meant to ensure that after 3 years they need to inform one that there is a license that needs to be paid. The profile with all the customers details are on Ontec and not the plumber. Ontec could not be bothered that there are no longer readings and dont take the effort to make contact with either the plumber or end user. They believe that is the plumber's job. For over two years we tried to get the daily meter changed to an hourly one, but Ontec stated that would refer us to someone to assist but did not do so. It is clear that Ontec is only interested in selling units and then walking away. I unfortunately have two units. I will try to find another company that is interested in their customers instead of a company only interested is off loading units. As for their system My history is not for the water one is using but billing. Surely just add My Billing history would explain it. If you want a list of usage you can use the graph and then click on each day to see the litres. REALLY!!! Then I am told I can send an email to support to find out how much the license is - nowhere on the site can I find the support email address on an info one. So disappointed!!
Suggest one finds another company that is customer orientated rather than unit sales.
