Yesterday call agent phones are we home. Yes. Delivery within 30 minutes. Waited until another call can deliver before 3pm but we were out. This morning another call will be within 30 minutes. Hour later no courier. Phone to find out what is going on noone knows what the delivery is for. Asked for manager on 3 calls never answered. Tried to get direct number won't give it. CCD has been an issue for years they still can't get deliveries right.
Standard Bank harassed me with 5 sms for outstanding R25 over just over a week. I then recieved a phone call also for the same amount. I informed them that I had already paid the full amount. I requested that the due date should move from 20th of the month to 5th. This was agreed to. Today 8th a recieve an sms stating I did not pay and keep to the payment plan. Looking on the statement the payment shows on the 4th January. The message states office hours are 8am to 7pm, yes 7pm, yet when you call that stated number one is informed that the hours are 8am to 5pm. So their call center cannot be re**** on Their sms cannot be re**** on Their call agent cannot be re**** on Their bank statements cannot be re**** on. Can one actually rely on the transactions that they put through Can one rely on them capturing the payments one makes. It is now clear that Standard Bank no longer has a normal banking system that can be re**** upon. Customers will need to check each and every transaction.
CCD couriers are to deliver my Diners card and my wifes at the same time to the same address. They phoned me and got all the details I asked if my wifes card can be delivered at eh same time - I wa told yes. A few hours later they call to speak to my wife. I said I woudl take the phone to her - while waking to her they put the phone down. How rude is that!!!
Please order #1000121915 on 27 November for 3 Stoves. Stupidy system does not calculate the delivery charge while online. So, you have to pay for the goods first. Then the same day they send you an email with the amoutn to pay with a payment link. When you click that it shows the invoive that you have already paid and delivery R0. So how are you meant to pay for th edleivery? I phoned a few times all calls took over 30 minutes (meanseered on the phone app) but no response. Wrote to the on 28th November and again 29th November. Got a response on 30th stating how the delivery charge is calculated but nothing about how to pay it, That really does not help at all. Wrote again on 30th askign for an invoice so that I can pay. Still no response. Phone this morning and the operator cannot hear me. She says they have a backlog I must just wait. This is a stupidy system that has not been looked at to see how one pays the delivery and now I cannot find out where to pick the stoves up either for flats that were occupied yesterday. It is clear that this groups online purchasing has a lot to be desired and I will not use them due to this again. .
Old Mutual is using a bot called Mary that calls to give a quote. They forget to add no into her vocabulary. Please can they do this i am tired of adding their numbers to be blocked. No should end the call. Really not user friendly.
I have just had a call from DSTV +27188131890 I have lost my voice so I can hardly talk. The caller carried on even when I said no. Then he asked me what I get from one R500 I spent a month. He said nothing. So he thinks I should not pay DSTV but rather pay them R59 a month and they will pay R10 000 per child. Even when I then got my wife to speak for me he just carried on. I think this is totally unacceptable and DSTV should train their callers that no is no and stop harassing is. Do i assume that DSTV wants to rather sell insurance and we should no longer watch TV?
We ordered food using Ubereats tribe's Illinois. They took the order and our money. It stated order on its wait. Then time went on. Then order cancelled as they could not find our address. We have had several orders delivered. We got no call from driver. Now who do you call. The number we could find no longer works. It states go through app. I can find nothing on the app. This is crazy. Maybe we should get everyone to order stating will pay on delivery and then not accept the order so that Uber carries the cost. We now have to have extra cash to order again. This is not acceptable.
Requested a quote for spare plastic pedals cost R120 for a pair. Only needed one but ok if pair. Then courier cost is R225 when phone number is Johannesburg and I live in Johannesburg. PUDO would do it for R60. No contact numbers given on quote so you can't get in touch. Reminder sms no response. Phone Trojan they don't have contact details for service centre. This is a *******. Where is the courier coming from fir R225 to Johannesburg. I don't need it urgently but no way of contacting them.
To think this was developed and run in South Africa is a huge disappointment. Customer service is non-existent. The product is sold by plumbers who are evidently meant to ensure that after 3 years they need to inform one that there is a license that needs to be paid. The profile with all the customers details are on Ontec and not the plumber. Ontec could not be bothered that there are no longer readings and dont take the effort to make contact with either the plumber or end user. They believe that is the plumber's job. For over two years we tried to get the daily meter changed to an hourly one, but Ontec stated that would refer us to someone to assist but did not do so. It is clear that Ontec is only interested in selling units and then walking away. I unfortunately have two units. I will try to find another company that is interested in their customers instead of a company only interested is off loading units. As for their system My history is not for the water one is using but billing. Surely just add My Billing history would explain it. If you want a list of usage you can use the graph and then click on each day to see the litres. REALLY!!! Then I am told I can send an email to support to find out how much the license is - nowhere on the site can I find the support email address on an info one. So disappointed!! Suggest one finds another company that is customer orientated rather than unit sales.
Good advertising but don't have stock. So take my money and no product sent. No communication from them for weeks. On phoning no managers available. They are still advertising when they know they don't have stock. Not reliable at all.
