I have had a great experience with Ooba thus far. Sandra Eloff assisted with my home loan application and throughout the entire process my accountant and I were well informed via email. Sandra was thorough with all the document requirements and arranged a satisfactory loan deal from a complicated financial landscape. Would recommend!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with ooba Home Loans, and more specifically with my bond originator, Ragiema Khan. My name is Saville Wenn, and I’m a Mechatronics Project Manager at I&J. At the time, I owned a fully paid-off property and was looking to purchase a second home as my partner and I prepare to get married. The goal was simple: buy a modest home to start our life together while keeping my first property as a rental investment. For months, I explored an idea that made complete financial sense to me, instead of opening a new bond, I wanted to use the equity in my first property to purchase the second property cash. I approached multiple banks and bond originators, but the response was consistently discouraging. Either my idea was dismissed, or I was pushed toward products that simply didn’t make sense financially. It left me feeling disheartened and drained my motivation to continue the property search.
