Worst experience. I've been without internet for over 2 weeks.
I recently switched to Mweb and I've been without internet for two weeks. I believe my ONT box is faulty because we've tried every port on it, I've logged multiple faults with Mweb for Openserve to just come and replace the box. Everytime Openserve just responds with no the line is fine they moved it to a different port. My PON light is green yes but it's not sending any info out. My router has been replaced and everything. This is openserve being very bad.
