Worst experience. I've been without internet for over 2 weeks. I recently switched to Mweb and I've been without internet for two weeks. I believe my ONT box is faulty because we've tried every port on it, I've logged multiple faults with Mweb for Openserve to just come and replace the box. Everytime Openserve just responds with no the line is fine they moved it to a different port. My PON light is green yes but it's not sending any info out. My router has been replaced and everything. This is openserve being very bad.
Worst ISP I've ever worked with. Stay away from them! My internet has been off for two weeks, I've spent easily 12 hours on their support line and the best they can do is log a ticket that gets closed an hour later. My ONT box is faulty yet they send me a new normal router??? They don't listen, they are disrespectful and horrible at their jobs. Stay away. I've paid for my service, spent hundreds on airtime and still no results.
They Upgraded my contracts without my knowledge, Will be hearing from my lawyers. I've been fighting with them since 2024 to cancel my contract. They told me it will expire in October 2025. Now I get a message saying my contract is until 2027. I have not spoken to Vodacom nor given them any consent to upgrade or extend. THIS IS ******* This is for my mother's account.
