Here we are again. Complaining about the same old problem.
What a great joy it was when Opticom kept their promise and delivered the service that we payed for each month.
But as my mom would say. If something is too good to be true it usually is.
It has been more than a year that we haven't experienced any problems with our line.
But since the Start of 2023 bad habits have crept back into OPTICOM (Previous know as SADV)
Our line is strong.... But, just like last time, our line is dipping
Riaan Griesel and his team was after all our drama very professional towards us.
But all good things come to an end. We have noticed on a few occasions that our problems are worse in school holidays and over weekends.
So this weekend it reached a new height. When I reported this to OPTICOM I was once again treated like an idiot. And plainly ignored.
I was taken to task over my complaint that my line is dipping so much that as a.family we can't do anything.
The response I received was highly unprofessional and aggressive.
At the end of the day the customer (me) pays my monthly bill... You (OPTICOM) promised a service. If there is a problem is it not on you to sort this out???? Without attacking your customer.
Riaan Griesel your people need training in proper work etiquette. And if it was YOU that answered me.
