BEWARE!! I purchased online from this business. A week later I had not received shipping notification and enquired via email only to be told they have no stock. I requested a refund via email. I tried to contact them via their call centre - no answer and eventually get cut off. After much wasted time, I spoke to a frazzled call centre employee who assured me I would get me refund and he would be available to contact. Unfortunately this was a lie. I have not received my refund and am unable to contact the company despite multiple attempts via call and email. Optics Direct is owned by All Net Holdings and I've read similar reviews of their other businesses. DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT SUPPORT.
