Optimum security literally the worst security company ever.
So a car ran into my yard and ruined the fence as well as the gate and I asked Optimum to atleast patrol near my house especially at night since everything is out in the open and I haven't seen them since I reported the incident to them and last night my gas was stolen and I'm wondering what the point of paying them, mind you paying them double in December for extra security and yet unavailable when needed. I am so frustrated and disappointed. They suck.

My father passed away a week ago, and these people are now harassing myself and family members to get payment from a deceased estate NOW.
