Worst Property People Managers Ever. I would never recommend anyone buy anything that is managed by these people. They are the absolute worst. First of all I bought my property from development stage, they didn't even give me the specification that I wanted and when I asked they never rep****. They then made a mistake that cost me a lot of money on my levy account and they refused to take responsibility for it. I can't even comment on how they are managing the estate. Definitely regret buying property at Mountain View Estate in Pietermaritzburg. If you were considering buying a place there i'd highly advise against it.

So a car ran into my yard and ruined the fence as well as the gate and I asked Optimum to atleast patrol near my house especially at night since everything is out in the open and I haven't seen them since I reported the incident to them and last night my gas was stolen and I'm wondering what the point of paying them, mind you paying them double in December for extra security and yet unavailable when needed. I am so frustrated and disappointed. They suck.
I bought an item at Makro online about 2 weeks ago, they promised that it would be delivered in 5-7 working days. I am still waiting for it and I have no idea when it would get to me. The delivery guy called me and confirmed my address and said Yho that’s too far he won’t able to deliver it. I mean what must I do with that🙄
So I’m in vodacom in King Williams Town at Stone towers and we are told to stand outside in a queue as if we’re sheep while there is literally one customer inside the shop. I ask the person working there why must we stand outside she proceeds to inform me that it’s regulations with thee worst attitude any customer service person should ever have. I ask which regulation is that she says COVID and then she ignores me. So I don’t know if this is how Vodacom is training their people but my recommendation is that they need to do better.
I was with One Plan insurance in 2018 and I ended cancelling the insurance as I no longer needed it. I had made a claim and it was paid and I had uploaded the required paperwork when it was done. Fast forward late 2020 they started sending me emails saying I owe them and at first I thought there had been a mistake and I ignored it. 2021 they persisted, I asked for clarity they offered an explanation and I told them that I had paid everything and there was nothing outstanding. They asked me to give the proof again and I told them I don’t have receipts from 3 years ago and now they have listed me🤷🏾♀️. I’ve never experienced such, I wouldn’t even recommend them at this point.
