<p>I have not received my medication for the past two months but optipharm has been deducting money from my medical aid, on following up i was told my prescription has expired and they couldn't send sms because they were changing system in January. They promised to dispatch it immediately but 4 days later i haven't received anything. I made a follow up again only to be told that there is no stock of my medication. I can die anytime from not taking medication but optipharm seemingly do not care.</p>
