I booked Caribbean Breeze a 3 (***) lodge on Orbitz responding to Expedia invite. I had typed St Lucia South Africa (SA). When I receive email I realized lodge was outside SA. I made costly international calls (no local line) to lodge and to Cyrus /Alex, the manager who promised to widely re-advertise booking & refund my +US$290 (+R3000) its a lot of money. When I check many sites it said the lodge was fully booked but I never heard from Cyrus or Alex. Instead of Orbitz (booking site) helping with my refund as promised, they increased my frustration and demanded my re-assurance to re-book with them & sell site to the public & my loved ones in future. After the review I never heard from Caribbean Breeze, Alex /Cyrus its managers or Orbitz. Pls help me recover my deposit as I feel Frustrated deceived and betrayed.
