I bought air filter for R179 in May order no. RRN-8cce-c528 Nd received a +10cm worless sponge. They Accepted the return and later rejected it but they have the sponge. After my review on their site they deleted product from their stock but still I was never refunded. The failure to refund me has negatively affected my whole family perception and they have been regular Takealot customers.
Thank you Gevon for putting yourself into our shoes. Finally pabelbeater listerned to you and released the car on the 6th. I wish other employees would not only on being on payroll but be dedicated to sustain their income & company that pay it
Give us a way forward now plss.. how we can afford to pay your premiums and other costs when given false promises and we still dont have our business car a month later. Manager Wesley promised claims dept will call us with panel beaters' reason for not completing but nobody did. Today he transferred my call and still was promised a call me back. Their panel beaters kept me online for ever. I 've had no return càll from Outsurance or their panel beaters. Why None of your happy clients were happy with their claims. Happy clients review would be cheaper advert than empty tv advert. I want answer now
our process to transfer property started in December 2017 and in 12 months it is still not transferred. We complied with all the requirements and Bills, rates are piling up and Lawyer Shona Feasy has been giving one promise after the other but the transfer is not happening. we have make countless reminders and request but no progress. Please help us transfer our property and get out of this serious mistreatment.
My contract ending October 2016 was fraudulently renewed in February 2017 by some Nonqayiko without my concern. vodacom bills show charges for Handset i never received. Thembelani said he lodged a complain to start my refund process which takes +7days. when I inquired mid April at fraud section ********** Thembeka said the system wrote that i was no longer interested and not fraud but is pending. he promised to escalate the problem. I was send from Pillar to Post every time, Vodacom interrogating me like i am guilty of fraud. Then they demanded affidavit (waited 3hrs at police station to get it) and my id copy of which i send on April 24 ref. 003S~SCR4 . Co. did nothing since -Vodacom does not care and each time i call i am given more charging numbers which either does not answer or they tell me to get a lawyer to defend me or call ICASA. -If Vodacom allow people to get away with ****** its brand will be destroyed and eroded in no time. I had such high regard for Vodacom and thought the company was worth trusting but not anymore.
I booked Caribbean Breeze a 3 (***) lodge on Orbitz responding to Expedia invite. I had typed St Lucia South Africa (SA). When I receive email I realized lodge was outside SA. I made costly international calls (no local line) to lodge and to Cyrus /Alex, the manager who promised to widely re-advertise booking & refund my +US$290 (+R3000) its a lot of money. When I check many sites it said the lodge was fully booked but I never heard from Cyrus or Alex. Instead of Orbitz (booking site) helping with my refund as promised, they increased my frustration and demanded my re-assurance to re-book with them & sell site to the public & my loved ones in future. After the review I never heard from Caribbean Breeze, Alex /Cyrus its managers or Orbitz. Pls help me recover my deposit as I feel Frustrated deceived and betrayed. <p>Mr Richard Billy from Nedbank send me a fraud form case no 2016K3154 promising to refund my +R1999.00 fraudulent transaction on my card within three (3) days. I have send 4 form since 23/11/2016 and i have received no response since.</p> <p>On 4th November someoe called me from Nedbank credit card section. He said the bank wanted to reward me for being responsible credit card holder (which i am) with my Laptop or AMC pots. </p> <p>After He spelled my details correctly, My names and surname; my Id number; my credit card details; postal and and home address, i chose laptop. </p> <p>Only myself and Nedbank have such details of mine. when the labptop was not delivered i went to Nedbank branch to inquire and they said they did not have such records.</p>
