Great massages but time management needs to improve

We booked a couple's massage special at Orchid Day Spa in East London, while the massage was one of the best that we had ever experienced. Unfortunately, our appointment was delayed by nearly an hour even though we arrived on time, this was not communicated to us, we did complain and eventually saw the manager who did apologize to us. We did also receive a further apology after the experience.
