I asked for a product on the 24th of October which I was told would take a week to produce after letting Chad know the urgency behind the product he assured me he can do it in a week.

I have had to follow up multiple on new turn around promises over the last 2 months.

I then asked for a refund which he agreed to on the 3rd of December so that I can get my product somewhere else and I still haven't received.

This company and this man took advantage of me, has put my company on production hold because of how incapable he is. Over promised and nothing delivered.

I highly recommend you stay as far away from Chad as possible
