Stole my money
Stole my money I asked for a product on the 24th of October which I was told would take a week to produce after letting Chad know the urgency behind the product he assured me he can do it in a week. I have had to follow up multiple on new turn around promises over the last 2 months. I then asked for a refund which he agreed to on the 3rd of December so that I can get my product somewhere else and I still haven't received. This company and this man took advantage of me, has put my company on production hold because of how incapable he is. Over promised and nothing delivered. I highly recommend you stay as far away from Chad as possible

USELESS ABSOLUTELY USELESS
I have been on hold for almost 2 hours. I have sent emails. This company is the single most useless company I have ever dealt with. The person who started it should be ashamed. Useless.

Scammed my dad into signing a contract, and wouldn't let him cancel
This company is ridiculous. A sales agent (Shaun Roodt) pushed my dad into signing a contract without covering the contents of the contract and then when my dad wanted to cancel the contract (well in his legal right to do so) they said they would get someone to phone him back and then just kept playing for time until the cancellation period was over. They take money from my dad every month and we are still trying to cancel. I have been communicating with Ernst (he is a nice guy but in way over his head) and have been trying to sort this out. I have asked for the email of the directors and haven't gotten them as of yet. This company is taking advantage of my dad. They are morally corrupt if they think this is okay.

Everything was wrong, except the man I was with
Came in waited 40 mins for starters. Ordered mains right away which we waited more than an hour for. When the food got to the table none of our meals had guacamole (I ordered nachos. Ever tried having nachos without gauc?!?) Ordered a latte and the waiter brought a cappuccino. When I said I ordered a latte but the cappuccino is fine I was told "We don't have those tall glasses". The coffee beans were also burnt which just added to my frustration. Our g****tizer was warm. Two of my friends chips were cold. Really disappointing experience.
