Good Service
<p>I had a watch battery replaced, but unfortunately the glass face got badly scratched in the process. The watch opens from the front with 6 *****s and the *****driver had slipped whilst opening the casing. Spoke to Erfaan about it and he offered to have sapphire crystal glass face replaced. I appreciate the willingness to repair this. I can strongly reccommend Orient Jewellers</p>

09 Jan 2017, 09:42So the willingness to replace the glass quickly changed. Refused to replace the glass, so they've lost me as a customer (not that they care, couldn't be bothered). They don't need my business. I'll gladly go somewhere closer to where I live. This experience has left a bitter taste in the mouth. Cannot reccommend Orient Jewellers at all anymore.
