Oporto should be ashamed

Last night my husband and myself went for takeaways at Oporto, which I assume is affiliated to this place. It was very busy and quite a few ppl waiting for their order. My husband and I are both in the customer service industry. What transpired in front of customers is atrocious. A short manager, supervisor whatever was berating and swearing at a staff member publicly This man has certainly given Oporto a black mark in my book. I will not be a return customer. I'm sure other customers felt the same. There is a work ethic and common decency how staff should be treated.
