Oporto should be ashamed
Last night my husband and myself went for takeaways at Oporto, which I assume is affiliated to this place. It was very busy and quite a few ppl waiting for their order. My husband and I are both in the customer service industry. What transpired in front of customers is atrocious. A short manager, supervisor whatever was berating and swearing at a staff member publicly This man has certainly given Oporto a black mark in my book. I will not be a return customer. I'm sure other customers felt the same. There is a work ethic and common decency how staff should be treated.

I ordered pizza. I had to change because they had loadshedding. I chose fish and chip's For R95 I was shocked. A few chips and fish looks like box fish riddled with bones!!!

David Spearman Letting
Absolutely horrible service. Reported faults etc. So many problems!! PLACE is falling apart. Security risk. Constant emails and VN. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. PRIVATE PROPERTY SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT ADVERTISING FOR THEM???

This store has the most amazing baked goods, I have a sweet tooth. They are professional, shop is clean. Whoever is in charge of keeping my sweet supply going deserves a Bell's!!

Johnson & Johnson brilliant
My brother went to the store just passed Makro, Springfield. He went to buy work shoes. He was highly impressed, so professional, very good customer service. He'd highly recommend it and would definitely go back.
