No Response from Orlando Pirates Online Shop After Payment

This service is extremely disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for items that were confirmed on 22 November 2025 and to date I have neither received the items nor any response. I have sent several emails without any reply and tried calling multiple times, but the calls do not go through.

At this point, I feel as though I may have been ****med.

This is horrible and unacceptable for a brand of this size.
