Osbro Pretoria Bosman double charge

I was billed twice in that store on Monday (2024.11.18). This happened after I told the teller that money was deducted from my account.

She forced me to pay again and she said one payment will be reversed.

When I went to that shop the following day I was told to spend money to gain money.
