Horrible service.. They should just close because their main objective is to deliver goods..but they can't. Them and Rain....same WhatsApp group.
I was billed twice in that store on Monday (2024.11.18). This happened after I told the teller that money was deducted from my account. She forced me to pay again and she said one payment will be reversed. When I went to that shop the following day I was told to spend money to gain money. Now I feel ******.
So how do you service a car and actually tell yourself that you did a great job without clearing the "Service"massage and actually writing on the service book. Am I supposed to just trust that you did the job. It's been two days now without a car because of a simple service. I don't know what they're doing there ,but it's bad.. It's not my first time with mitmak, I was just hoping for a better experience this time. I want to be taken serious especially because I paid full amount.
So...last month they debited more than what we agreed on since I'm on price lock account and I called to complain and some random lady there defended this crime. Now they did it again and mind you I was never refunded for last month's crime. What must I do now..? I believe contracts are binding...so why is dstv charging me more than what we agreed on..?

I just wanted to remind everyone that they never called. I wrote a complaint on the 12th of July and their cheap reply was "we'll be in contact", but I knew it was just a computerized reply. It's just unfortunate that this happens when I've spent my money. What annoys me the most is they think they're the best...
I have to say my review is long overdue. I was hoping things will change but I am still experiencing the say rude treatment since October 2021. I bought my BMW 320i in October last year and I have to say it hasn't been smooth sailing. I reported the recent problem on the 5th of July and I haven't been attended. My car is smoking from the engen and my car dealer like always he just said I'll make a call . The other lady I spoke to just gave a another number to call...she also gave me a number to send an SMS but to this day, iam still waiting. I understand I might be the first person to complain about the perfect MIT MAK motors but I am just tired of been ignored like this.... especially when I paid cash and extra money for warranty. But it's okay....like before...I'll take the car somewhere else.
IAM waiting for my order for almost two months now. At first I was promised within 14 to 18 working days. The worst part about it... nobody bothers to call just to inform. At this moment I don't know what to do. IAM getting the worst service at clearance warehouse it's not even funny anymore.
18 june vodacom offers me a data sim card @R199 per month. We agreed and i gave them my address. I remember this because i know where i work very well. But vodacom gives RAM their own address and my package is taken to somewhere in Gauteng on the 21st of june whereas I'm in limpopo. Then the following week i spent a lot of airtime trying to correct their mistake and as we speak now it's almost a month now without the sim card. This morning (10/07/2019) RAM sent me an sms to say they are on the way,but when i call to ask them what time are they going to reach here...they are on the way to a wrong address again. Vodacom did it again. When i call Vodacom....all they say is sorry. Maybe I'm too demanding but this has to be the lowest level of unprofessionalism. The worst part about all this is I'm spending a lot on airtime to call both Vodacom and RAM and i even bought a mobile rooter for the sim card i don' t have at R600. Even after my first review at hellopeter were Vodacom phoned and apologized...they still continue to mess up.
Vodacom gave wrong coordinates to Ram couriers... Two weeks now waiting for my package...i hope they don't bill me for something i don't have. Already spent a lot of money calling them but yoooo i guess poor service is everywhere hey...
