Offer the best service possible. Do make it difficult for customers. I was not offered a choice when I brought back an item after I found it being defective after 3 months. All documentation was in order. I was willing to take something else at a higher price which means I would pay in the difference. Isn't that what you want ? Money , turnover? But instead my item is sent for repairs for an undisclosed amount of time. Now I wait for a call , maybe in the new year. Why go out of your way to make a customers experience a terrible one? I will have to make another trip into central town at my own cost. Totally unacceptable.
