I bought my son a PJ Masks Choc dip on Tuesday 2nd May at 475 Imam Haron Rd, Lansdowne. The Saturday we opened it, it reeked of old metal, tasted horrible, and my son got sick.The BB date was 1/April/2025..now i know you going to say " why didnt you check the BB Date"..but why would you even sell it to the Public... Horrific

I bought an Astrum Bluetooth speaker on the 28th of August for R301 , Springfield Branch. It started to give me problems four weeks back It was beeping and keeps disconnecting when you are listening to music, then I took it to the store two weeks back and they booked it in for check up. I waited for their call and I got a call today and they told me that it doesn't have a problem. I told them what it was doing and I was using it for my modeling practice so I would not take back something home knowing very well that it does not work properly and they said they cannot help me cause it been three months but the warranty is six months. I have been buying from them for two years but I never knew they insensitive when you not happy about their products. I am never ever gonna buy from them again!!!

A vacuum 1lt stainless steel flask was purchased from osmans phoenix plaza in February 2023 , after 2 months of using it ,it doesn't keep the water hot anymore, when contacted the store the manager ishaan states that the law is 7 to 10 days policy and after that they cannot return or refund the item , when asked where does it state that as you have no ts and cs on ur till slip all he could say was I'm sorry mam but our head office rules are those and we cannot return it .

Osmans store : Hospital road off Point road in Durban Please familiarize staff and management with the consumer protection act, or does the act not apply to your establishment? Offer the best service possible. Do make it difficult for customers. I was not offered a choice when I brought back an item after I found it being defective after 3 months. All documentation was in order. I was willing to take something else at a higher price which means I would pay in the difference. Isn't that what you want ? Money , turnover? But instead my item is sent for repairs for an undisclosed amount of time. Now I wait for a call , maybe in the new year. Why go out of your way to make a customers experience a terrible one? I will have to make another trip into central town at my own cost. Totally unacceptable.

First I would like to Express my sympathy for the poor staff working under such terrible conditions. The store is always full no social distancing what's so ever. I pop in atleast once a week I complain but that's that I suppose. Today was the cherry on top! It was so full and people on top of one another that someone was robbed in the store. No social distancing whatsoever despite what the president has asked. Store capacity was definitely reached. Dont be the reason someone gets CoVid look after your staff!!!!+ hope things change by the time I go again.

I was there at point this morning to buy stationery for my kids. One of the shop assistance( a black guy) wearing navy blue T shirt written back to school made buying so simple. It took me less than 10 minutes to buy a stationery worth R1020. I salute that guy, that how customer service should be.thanks a lot
