I went to Sneaker Factory Bridge City for the third time and their service delivery was excellent. Staff was amazing and I was satisfied with them.
I bought an Astrum Bluetooth speaker on the 28th of August for R301 , Springfield Branch. It started to give me problems four weeks back It was beeping and keeps disconnecting when you are listening to music, then I took it to the store two weeks back and they booked it in for check up. I waited for their call and I got a call today and they told me that it doesn't have a problem. I told them what it was doing and I was using it for my modeling practice so I would not take back something home knowing very well that it does not work properly and they said they cannot help me cause it been three months but the warranty is six months. I have been buying from them for two years but I never knew they insensitive when you not happy about their products. I am never ever gonna buy from them again!!!
I have a question maybe someone might have a better idea of how we can handle this situation. My little brother is doing Grade 10 @ Sivananda Technical High school , he started last year since we could no longer afford his previous school. So he went to continue @ Sivananda, they took him but every term he never got his report card since they said he wasn't yet registered until we went to school bathi we should wait. We waited until the last term still same issue, they said ''he's not registered'', my question is, how can the year end but still a learner is not registered? Okay the thing is that my mom was angry and felt like she wasn't taken serious by the teachers since she's been up and down but still she wasnt attended... mind you I personally repeated grade 8 and when I was in grade 9 I was told there was a mistake and I wasn't supposed to repeat, they said it was a system issue. So my mom was very disappointed by this on that time. Now we dealing with almost the same issue. So last term last year they said my brother will get his results in January. Then January passed by they said he failed, but still we asking for the results they not giving us. We are not denying "Not Promoted" all we want is the report card but we never got it even today. Then they said he actually failed Life Orientation because he didn't write it, when my mom went to school to ask his previous classmates if he wasn't there on this day, they said he was there. we asked for the register that was signed on the day of the Life Orientation exam, they said unfortunately his class teacher is no longer with the school so they cannot provide us with that. Okay fine, we asked for other exam papers but still until today they not giving them to us. We were told to write a formal letter regarding this issue... we did, they said they will be in touch with the Executives but still nothing. They ended up saying "He is not a well behaved child" we don't know if that is suppose to mean that he can't have his report card because of that? What can we do to get this resolved, all we want is to know what is next? And if he really failed. Who should we get in touch with?
I have been to different Ocean Baskets around KwaZulu Natal and I have been amazed by how much it always feel like I am being served by the same people because of how much they value customer service. Last week on Sunday I was in their restaurant the one located in North Beach, KwaZulu Natal and they were supposed to put six Prawns on my platter for one but the only put four. I called the waitress who was helping me, she came and I told her what happened and she was ashamed but I told her to relax. She came back with two plus three more and I was very happy. They always fix their mistake and make sure to leave you happy all the time. They have learned this skill of customer service and have mastered it. I am always impressed with how much they care about their customers. This is my favorite restaurant and I would love to take my Fiancé out later today after work because he is always handling the Bill whenever we go so I would love to be the one responsible today. #shoutouttooceanbasket
I went to Makro yesterday to buy groceries and was assisted by a beautiful young lady who was so patient with me. I have never been to Makro before so the Store is extremely big and I was confused. The signage is perfectly fine its just that I needed personal help and was assisted very well. I was undecided about everything I wanted but the lady was willing to help me for more than 8 minutes. Big Up Makro Family!!!
I applied and was accepted to study for 2022 first semester but due to negligence by the institution and financial issues I had to Deregister, I sent an an mail in 30 days after my registration but they said it was already late since they have a 14-day rule. I wasn't well aware of the rule and besides I was not getting any replies for all the emails I sent to them. To cut the story short I was told I have to pay R28 000+ for the year fees. I have been communicating to have this problem solved but I was told there's nothing I can do other paying full amount. I felt lost since I had no money and on top of that I still wanted to be part of STADIO Family in 2023. Lucky me I found Sebastian's email address and I sent an email about my issue. Sebastian is a Service Delivery Manager and was very willing to help me. Every email I sent he was responding in less than 10 minutes, I felt very important and heard all the time. He was with me throughout until on the 26th of November I was told that the issue is sorted and I am cleared. Now I will be able to register and go on as I always wanted. I am soooo grateful for how Sebastian has taken this matter of importance and I am relieved. Sebastian is the Hero and STADIO needs more people like him. Thank you so much STADIO Family.
