What a terrible experience from a women at waterfront Lovisa store, refused to assist and change a product even though a consultant confirmed this on the phone! She says you need a hard copy, strange Lovisa emails receipts so where the hell must I get. Hard copy!!! Discussed with the waterfront and just Kenilworth don't assist they will be next all over social media. Not done here, will put waterfront on every social media platform. I spend so much money at Lovisa monthly and this is our a customer gets helped. No customer service, you should look at who you hired. This occurred at Lovisa waterfront 2.15pm only 2 ladies in the store. Hope she is dealt with!!!

Totally discussed in Mariam, this email was the last we heard from her after numerous emails and lets not forget about Shamir shamir@melomed.co.za, who knows the bill was a mess-up and Brian that passed on fixed it and all we had to pay was R1500 which we did then this **** 2 years later. I am so disappointed, Adidas has always been mine and my family's Brand and we have closets full.
