A vacuum 1lt stainless steel flask was purchased from osmans phoenix plaza in February 2023 , after 2 months of using it ,it doesn't keep the water hot anymore, when contacted the store the manager ishaan states that the law is 7 to 10 days policy and after that they cannot return or refund the item , when asked where does it state that as you have no ts and cs on ur till slip all he could say was I'm sorry mam but our head office rules are those and we cannot return it .
Hi guys , just want to share a small experience with you guys,I purchased a stainless steel flask from clicks in August 2022, and according to my receipt it states that I have a 12 month guarantee , however I only started using the flask at the end of August 2022, it's been 6 months now that I am using it for keeping water hot for my little ones feeds , to my knowledge of having the flask is so I don't need to keep warming the water it needs to stay hot, however the water in the flask only stays hot for 4 hours max and then it goes cold , where I need to constantly fill hot water in it or warm my kids milk . The point here is that I have been to the store asking them to change it and they advised to me that they don't change flasks , they only change electronic items , however it doesn't state that on the till slip , the only items they don't exchange is medicines,health supplements, consumables,grooming items,headphones,earphones jewelry, cosmetics,pantyhose. It states that should ant product that you purchase at a clicks store contain any manufacturing defect , it may be returned to a clicks storefor replacement,repair or for a refund within 12 months from.date of purchase provided you have the tax invoice, certain products are covered by a product guarantee. So I don't seem to understand why this product cannot be returned or exchanged for me ... I have laid a complaint with the relevant department and they have not gotten back to me as yet, I actually paid 200 rand for the flask This is so unacceptable.
