My appointment was on Saturday the 17th of September 2022.. to see Nicci. My experience from the time I entered into the store was very pleasant. I was greeted and helped by Shaun at the front desk, who in my opinion is a genuine character, nothing false about this guy. He was professional, offered advice and was polite. I then met Nicci. Oh my. If you ever seen a person that loves what she does its Nicci. She took me through each of the examinations one by one , giving me feedback along the way and also took me through my previous eye tests. Nicci made me feel comfortable, I was relaxed. Before you know it the tests were over. This was a pleasurable experience for me and I rate Classic eyes * The best * Wonderful humans Professional and caring I will not go anywhere else. Classic eyes Pavilion are on top of their game and leaders in providing service excellence. 👌 Thank you
Osmans store : Hospital road off Point road in Durban Please familiarize staff and management with the consumer protection act, or does the act not apply to your establishment? Offer the best service possible. Do make it difficult for customers. I was not offered a choice when I brought back an item after I found it being defective after 3 months. All documentation was in order. I was willing to take something else at a higher price which means I would pay in the difference. Isn't that what you want ? Money , turnover? But instead my item is sent for repairs for an undisclosed amount of time. Now I wait for a call , maybe in the new year. Why go out of your way to make a customers experience a terrible one? I will have to make another trip into central town at my own cost. Totally unacceptable.
I have had the best customer experience at the till point from a very kind and helpful cashier. Quick and easy checkout and focused on me the customer the entire time. This was indeed a pleasure to shop at the Game store Pavilion when cashiers treat customers with so much dignity and respect
The worst customer service I have ever experienced is with Telkom. From fault logging to techians, to the consultant selling the package in the store. Nobody has a clue what is going on or how to resolve a problem. My issue has been escalated numerous times , when I asked to speak to a manager , they are in a meeting. How convenient. All I want is to get WHAT IAM PAYING FOR. Is that so hard?? I am been charged the full amount from month to month but have not been able to utilize the service that you provide? Is that fair? My internet has been down and out for over a month. Technicians say that there is nothing they can do after having a look see at the plugs , cables , light pole box etc. So what now ? I am still out of pocket. I am still without service, network , connection. Please all I ask is. If you can not fix the problem, cancel my contract and I will be happy to look else where. Please do not send me from pillar to post with your bull**** reference numbers and consultant who do not know whether the area I live in has 4mbs capability or not!!! My livelihood depends on network coverage. In short access to the web. Telkom you are taking that away from me. Shame on you.
Upgrading from a 4mbs line to a 10mbs line is a waste of time with Telkom. My advice. Change service provider. Alternatively go the fiber route. Telkom disregard to improve their infrastructure in Reservoir hills leading to cables etc rotting away...leaving me the paying customer without proper connectivity. Yet I am paying my bill every month. Techians have come to my home on numerous occasions yet to no avail. All of them are in agreement that the underground cable network is too old, rotting in fact, and needs to be upgraded in order to keep to network stable. This has not happened in over 20 years. Yet Telkom continues to show an increase in revenue of 25%. This is a total disregard to the customer. I can not perform any of my work since I rely on the coverage from the internet. Actually I am losing revenue because of Telkom. I am considering a legal route.
A poor service experience with regards to an upgrade of home internet connection. Telkom advertised a lockdown special uncapped wifi for R199pm only to find out that this promotional offer was taken down and no longer existed. Nevertheless I went for another plan a little more expensive plan of R399pm for the 1st 6months thereafter R599pm for the remainder of the contract. This supposedly was to come with a new router and faster speed of 10mbs. To date no route, no feedback as to when il recieve one. Wifi still on the old speed of 4mbs. Nothing. Still waiting from August. Very very poor service. Cornubia mall.
Wonderful customer experience to shop at Montagu Pavilion store. Great service , helpful and friendly. Would definitely keep going back.
