I paid off the credit card but they still debited R1520 month end of September. I called and sent email asking them to rectify that mistake as per case number 156251344. What they did now is they deposit that amount into that credit card that i asked them to close and took interest of around R800. The question is its an interest from which amount because i paid the account off and asked them to close it. I am now forced donate to Nedbank because they will debit and take interest on amount that im not owing.
I had a home loan with FNB and have since settled it. Now they are forcinge to have policies that were attached to the home loan even after i have settled the amount i owed them. My life policy was R466 and R473 for building cover, i have never missed a single installment but they claim i must pay them a thousand rand extra on each policy. Its a condition for them to cancel my bond, i dont know why must i pay so much since i have never missed a single payment. I have tried calling them and email with no response.

Last month i took a data contract withVodacom at Umlazi megacity. I specifically asked the lady to check if there is coverage in my area and she assured me that there is coverage. Its almost a month now, im experiencing extremely poor coverage, be it day or night. I survive because of Telkom router. I tried to email them on their complaint channel found online with no response. Come month end what exactly will i be paying for since i can't use this data when i need to. If they could investigate coverage at meyiwa avenue umlazi. I am now stuck with a 24 months contract that is not useful to me.
I bought a Russell Hobbs steam iron last year and i was told it had two year warranty. Now the iron is giving me problems and i called the store to enquire, i was told it one year. I went to the store and was told to wait for manager who was in a meeting. I waited till i decided to leave my number and they promised to call me of which they didn't. I called the store again yesterday and the lady said she is putting me to the manager, only to realize that she hung up the phone. I called 7 times after that, the phone was no longer ringing. I don't know if this the treatment they give to customers or it is specially reserved for us black people. I tried to follow the process but service i got is disgusting.
I just want to warn everyone. Do not buy from this website unless u are donating your money. We bought sneakers and paid for it. It was the last time we communicated with them. Their email and WhatsApp does not work, that should warn everyone that they will **** you. Its been 2 weeks now and not even a single call or email from them.
I have a month to month contract with Telkom as per account number 343839992 and cellphone number 0697178207. It requires me to give 30 days notice for cancelation of which i did. Today 2024/02/06 i still get an sms will a billing for February. My reference number for cancelation is 76443581
They breach POPIA act by giving my sister a picy she is not aware of. On the first of August an unauthorized debit order of R300 went through her capitec account with clientele reference number 70000922858220723DE723DECK. This companies are desperate in such a way that they now defrauding innocent people. She is illiterate and does not even remember talking any clientele staff in her life, yet money was debited.
In umlazi kwamnyandu. We are always made ti wait long queues simple because only three cashiers are working. Its not the first time complaining about this problem and management does not seem to care. U dont find such treatment in Pavillion or montclair or even amanzimtoti. We are being disrespect because we are in a township. Last time they siad most of cashiers booked offsick, today what will be the excuse
Two guys Mondli and Nivesh went out of their way to assist me. They even used their own cellphones to try and solve the problem.
